These days Little Anya is usually in a very 'investigative' mood. Needless to say, anything previously seen or unseen is open for further probe. She revels in particular in the bags full of grocery shopping. The stuff that her parents buy is usually 'tasted OK' by Little Anya before they are allowed to use it.
However, the real zeal for investigation is seen when her overworked and underpaid dad gathers the garbage before discarding it in the right containers outside. All the paper bags are duely opened by Little Anya and order is systematically replaced by disorder.
Researchers are quite amazed to see that Little Anya does not spare even her dad's smelly and totally unhygienic boots. If she could stop at that, one could still be thankful, but she goes even further and explores the socks inside the shoes and makes it obvious to the people nearby how much her father has been saving on washing powder expenditure. It is a well known fact that 'children say the darnest things' but to be exposed by Little Anya in such a cruel way takes quite something to come to terms with !
As mentioned in our earlier postings, the TV has a cabinet with a lock and key. Little Anya is already aware of the concept of the key and a lock. She has been seen trying to open the TV cabinet with the help of the apartment spare key. Now, the idea is not to call anyone names, but her dad can't help but be reminded of the Biblical saying 'Never put your sword down, for the powers of evil never rest' !
Finally. one of the exploits of our little Sherlock Holmes. I have never heard of Holmes leaving his mark behind while investigating, but Little Anya makes no bones of the fact that she has teeth. In the photo released to the press by the department of justice above, one can see that a packet of cooking butter silently bears witness to the mandibles of death. In the photo above, four upper and for lower teeth have found their way deep into the cooking butter ! The rhetoric her father is heard making these days is 'Make no mistake, nothing is safe while Little Anya is around'
