the one with the swing...

For quite some time now, Little Anya has managed to persuade her Dad to include some fun items in her usual walks. Being out on the swings being one of them.

On most occassions, being on the swing calms Little Anya down a lot and makes her forget about all those small things ( such as the neighbour's bike, the camera equipment worth thousands of crowns, the constant need to play samba beats on the new LCD TV) that she so desperately wanted and were denied to her ( ofcourse by her parents!) .

She starts to sing and compete with the nearby birds in making sounds once she is on the move on the swing. She waves and smiles at people passing bye. Needless to say, a single smile from her has been known to disarm totally the stiffest of upperlips !

While it was not so easy for her Dad to capture the glorious smiles and poses that he got from her at the same time as making her swing, he still managed to capture a few of them.

It would be worth mentioning that various attempts have been made to make a nice video clipping but Little Anya has flustered all those attempts thank to her love for the small Canon camera.

'Beam me aboard Scotty!'

Little Anya , these days, is constantly at a warp factor far beyond her design. Hardly does she realise that her father ( a primitive earth machine ) is designed for a much lower speed. Her dad is seen scrounging for the precious di-lithium crystals for energy. He manages to cope with the hurricane only on a day to day basis, folks let us wish him all the luck !

One notable thing is her interest in the communication devices. One fine morning she was heard speaking very earnestly ( loudly ! ), after further investigations it was revealed that she was infact making one of her initial social contacts with a telephone receiver.

Ever since , she has not looked back, infact these days she prefers the mobile telephones to the fixed ones. Researchers have been observing Little Anya's interactions with the phone and have seen a specific pattern in their conversation. (continued)

'Beam me aboard Scotty!' - continued

( continued ) ..Well, the pattern is that she is known to grab anything that resembles a telephone, which could be a real telephone, a remote control or just some wooden toy. What emanates from her sounds like an ernest question to someone ! it could continue with a prolonged conversation and certain previously unheard sounds. At this stage it is impossible to decipher the coded message that she transmits but experts suspect that it is a mixture of Hindi, English and Swedish.
After having concluded the conversation all phones are then 'tasted OK' . Thankfully the equipment her parents have is more or less Anya proof. She can throw it, sit on it or lick it clean, it still functions.

Researchers have not been able to get her live on video while doing this since these days, it has become extremely difficult to get Little Anya on video and even camera for that matter.
